Since the start of the pandemic, more than 60 million coronavirus cases have been registered in Europe, according to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) definition of the region.

The WHO’s definition of the Europe region includes over 50 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey.

The number of registered infection cases in the region accounts for around 30% of the total number of infected worldwide.

On Monday, the WHO’s Europe Office called for faster vaccination and pointed out that there are large differences in the vaccination levels between different European countries.

So far in the pandemic, more than 1.2 million corona-related deaths have been recorded in the European region.
