From Tuesday morning, a strong southeasterly gale of 15 meters per second is expected in exposed places with local gusts of between 27 and 35 meters per second. The wind strength is expected to increase at 11 AM.

On the page about the danger warning to Yr.no, people are encouraged to secure loose objects.

“Use caution when driving in the coastal zone and at sea. Consider measures to limit damage in advance,” Yr writes.

Danger warnings for wind at the yellow level (moderate danger) can, among other things, lead to canceled departures for ferries, planes, or other transport, and bridges might be closed.
