On Friday, the Taliban said that 72 Afghans were killed in a suicide bombing in Kabul, including 28 Taliban fighters.

In addition, according to Reuters, 13 American soldiers were killed in the explosions, which means that the total death toll is at least 85. A large number of people were injured in the attack.

Two bombs went off at the airport and at a nearby hotel on Thursday. An ISIS group claims to be behind the attack.
