Asking for 10 million in damages for bullying

A woman asking for NOK 10 million NOK in damages from Malvik Municipality after being bullied and raped when she was in high school.

The municipality Malvik has previously paid Line Summer Hoel 1.6 million as standard compensation for children under 16 years. This amount is included in the new requirement, writes Adresseavisen.

Sør-Trøndelag District Court determined that the girl was bullied and raped when she was in high school.

Lawyer Christian Lundin has listed the requirement of 10 million NOK as compensation for such injury, suffered revenue losses of future income, pension, home work, consequential expenses, future expenses, adaptation of housing and tax disadvantage.

Lawyer Bjørn M. Brauti representing Malvik municipality describes the claim as violently and will advise the local authority not to accept the claim.
It is scheduled on legal proceedings amount in late November.
