BI cancels the autumn exchange trips to countries outside Europe
BI Norwegian Business School cancels all exchange trips to countries outside Europe for the autumn semester, 2020.
Students who have already agreed to such trips will not be allowed to change to another country, nor can they delay the exchange until the spring semester, 2021, writes Universitas.
On BI’s website, the decision is justified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advising against all travel that is not strictly necessary to all countries, due to the corona pandemic.
When it comes to exchanges within Europe, BI will make a decision at the end of May. This decision depends both on what the Norwegian authorities do with the travel restrictions and on BI’s partner universities.
