NTNU cancels all exchanges this autumn

NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) has previously canceled exchanges outside Europe this autumn. Now the cancellation has been extended to countries within Europe.

The decision is made on the basis of the responsibility NTNU has for its own students on exchange, and it is stated in the university’s own justification since NTNU puts the students’ health first.

Several of the institutions that collaborate with NTNU will be engaging in digital teaching in the autumn of 2020. It also makes it difficult for the university to predict what the study offer for exchange students will be – regardless of any changes in the Foreign Ministry’s travel advice.

At the same time, NTNU has opened to apply for an exchange in the spring of 2021.
