During the weekend, another five people were diagnosed with coronavirus in connection to the wedding in Lillestrøm that took place on Wednesday.
Mayor Jørgen Vik in Lillestrøm confirmed the new cases to newspaper Dagbladet. The newspaper Romerikes Blad reported the increase in the number of infection cases on Sunday night.
Romerike has recently had an outbreak after a wedding in Strømmen with 100 guests, of which 40 are infected with the delta coronavirus variant.
The guests who attended the wedding were from several different municipalities.
Lillestrøm Municipality has reported the organizer.
