An underage boy has been charged after fireworks were fired at a police car at Varhaug in Jæren on New Year’s Eve.

The boy has acknowledged and apologized for the affair, the Southwestern Police District stated in a press release.

In the press release, the police state that the boy in question is a student at a high school.

He has been charged after fireworks were fired at one of the police cars, and the fireworks are said to have gone off under or near the car.
