A man in his 30’s from Gudbrandsdalen is accused of ordering the abuse of young children via the internet.

According to the indictment, the online assaults took place between 2012 and 2017, writes NRK.

-”This applies to sexual abuse of children under 14 years old. It is a serious indictment, says prosecutor, Iris Storås, to the broadcaster.

According to the indictment, the man asked the parents, among other things, to conduct sexual acts on their children. The children were about the age of 3-13 when the abuse took place.

The man supposedly paid for the abuse which took place over Skype.

According to the development assistance lawyer, Ellen Eikeseth Mjøs, only one of the victims have been identified. Her client is from Romania, and what happened is far back in time.

-”She has had a very difficult situation in life, and still has it the same.”, said Mjøs.

The man’s defender, Åse Berit Høistad Berger, does not want to comment on the case before it goes to court. It is led by Nord Gudbrandsdal District Court but will be heard in the Sør-Gudbrandsdal District Court at the end of August.
