A man in his 30s has been arrested after stabbing two employees at NAV Årstad in Bergen on Monday morning. “A tragic case,” Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Torbjørn Røe Isaksen (H) says.

“Our thoughts go first and foremost to the victims’ families and colleagues of the two NAV employees.

“Both the NAV and the Municipality are now doing what they can to follow up on those affected,” Isaksen added.

The police in Bergen were notified of the stabbing incident at 10 AM. A man was quickly arrested, and two employees at the NAV office were flown to Haukeland University Hospital.
