No survivors were found in the landslide area at Ask in Gjerdrum municipality on Tuesday night.
Three people are still missing after the landslide that occurred on December 30.
“The work has been going on all night, according to the plan that was laid out yesterday.
“Teams are working their way through a house which is standing upside down. They’ve breached a wall and are working their way further into the house,” operations manager Terje Marstad in the Eastern Police District told newspaper VG.
No new survivors
He stated that no new people were found.
Rescue workers still believe it is possible to find the three missing people alive, and the search continues in full force.
The search crews dug further into the collapsed buildings on Monday night. During the process, they found several new air pockets.
As of Tuesday, all seven people who have been found dead after the Gjerdrum landslide have been identified.
