“A serious incident”

Police attorney Arne Fjellstad told Bergensavisen at 11 o’clock that the on-site operational work was still underway.

“This appears to be a serious incident. We have a lot of resources engaged,” Fjellstad told the newspaper.

The NAV office is blocked off, and the police are working to secure the location.

A large number of emergency services are stationed outside the NAV office. According to the newspaper Bergensavisen, at least 15 ambulances, police cars, and fire trucks are on site.
