Five cars were burning on Saturday night in a parking lot in Lindeberg in Groruddalen in Oslo. The cause of the fire is not known.

The police received a report related to the fires at 2:49 AM, operations manager Guro Sandnes in the Oslo Police District told NTB.

There was a danger of the fire spreading.

“It is very dry now, and there is wind,” the operations manager said.

Just over an hour after the report, the police reported that the fire brigade was extinguishing fires on a total of five cars. No one was injured in the fires.

The operations manager told NTB that it is too early to say anything about the cause of the fire. Police are questioning witnesses and going through surveillance videos from the area.
