Due to the infection situation, 200 employees in Stavanger Municipality will miss out on the Christmas dinner parties that have been planned.
The Municipality has decided to cancel a number of planned Christmas dinner parties for more than 200 employees, the newspaper Stavanger Aftenblad reports.
The plan was originally to gather employees for Christmas dinner parties on December 3, but the growing infection in the region means that the Municipality will have to cancel the plans.
Birger S. Clementsen, director of innovation and support services in the Municipality, says the dinners will be canceled to ensure a fully safe working environment, as well as in solidarity with health organizations that have canceled their Christmas dinner parties due to the infection.
