Several people have reported Prime Minister Erna Solberg for possible infection control violations in Geilo. The case is under investigation, and the police will announce new information on Monday.

“We will come out with updated information after lunch,” Øyvind Aas, the operating unit Buskerud leader, told news bureau NTB.

Newspaper VG writes that the police have received a dozen reports against the Prime Minister in connection with her 60th birthday celebration party in Geilo during the winter holidays.

“As is well known, the police have opened an investigation of the matter so that these reports are reviewed,” section leader Per Morten Sending in the Southeast Police District told the newspaper.

Last week it became known that Erna Solberg and her family broke the infection control rules during a winter holiday in Geilo, NTB reports.

Solberg apologized for the fact that more than ten people gathered, both in a restaurant and in a rented apartment.
