The two sisters Benedicte and Victoria Myrset, aged 18 and 12, who died in a lightning strike on Melshornet in Hareid last Sunday, will be buried in Oslo on Thursday.

The two sisters were struck by lightning while they were on the Melshornet mountain in Hareid on Sunnmøre on Sunday, July 4. The two sisters, aged 12 and 18, were dead when the rescue workers found them.

A third girl who was with them, the sister of the two deceased girls, was seriously injured but was discharged from Haukeland University Hospital on Tuesday last week.

The family asked the press not to stay in or outside the church outside the period between 10:45 AM and 11 AM.
