Between 15 and 20 young people were involved in a fight on Saturday in Elverum, according to the Innlandet police. Two of the young people have been arrested, and a minor has been brought in by the police.

“The situation is somewhat confusing. It looks like two groups have been arguing and fighting. When the police arrived, people were told to leave the place, but several people did not comply,” operations manager Sidsel Svarstad in the Innlandet Police District told NTB.

Two 18-year-old young men have been arrested, one for making death threats against the police and for obstructing the work of the police, the other for not leaving the place.

A 17-year-old boy has also been brought in. The minor made death threats against the police and beat a police officer, Svarstad stated.

The police were notified of the mass fight at 1:12 AM. All the young people involved are about the same age and from Elverum. No one has been injured.
