The title and actors of the latest James Bond film, which is to be partly filmed in Nittedal, Akershus, will be published on Thursday at an “iconic 007 site”.
This will be the 25th film of the world’s most famous secret agent. At 14.10 this Thursday afternoon, Norwegian time, the film teaser will be launched, which until now has been under the working title of “Bond 25”. The film is expected to be actor Daniel Craig’s final film as James Bond.
Parts of the anniversary film have been filmed in Norway, more specifically in Nittedal. The filming in took place between March 25 and April 2, according to NRK.
“Bond 25” starting Daniel Craig, has also received 47 million NOK in incentive grants for filming in Norway. The grant framework is the largest in the Norwegian Film Institute’s ‘intensive care’ program in its brief history.
The 25th James Bond film has been postponed several times, and was actually scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2019. But last September, director Danny Boyle was replaced with Cary Fukunaga after what has been described as “creative differences.”
It is also reported that Scott Z. Burns has been hired to rewrite, the original script which was written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. In addition, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the creator and lead character in the comic book “Fleabag”, is the film’s humor consultant, according to The Guardian.
The premier date is now set for April 8, 2020.
