In total, more than seven out of ten qualified applicants have been offered a study place, and of these, more than half have entered their first choice.
The Master of Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen has received the most first-choice applicants, followed by law at the University of Bergen and law at the University of Oslo.
At the same time, there has been a decline in teacher education. A total of 11,482 applicants have been offered a place in a teacher education, which is a decrease of 417 from last year. The decrease applies to all stages in primary and secondary school, but the decrease is greatest for primary school teacher education for the oldest pupils (5th to 10th grade).
