This summer, an alpaca named Jesus was on the run again along the E6 in Dunderlandsdalen in Rana.

According to the police, the alpaca’s August escape is only one of many attempts.

This summer, the police in Nordland was notified that Jesus was running along the E6 in Dunderlandsdalen – again.

Motorists in the area were asked to be cautious, but no incidents occurred.

“We are trying to get in touch with the owner. This is not the first time the alpaca ran away,” operations manager Remi Johansen in Nordland police district told news bureau NTB in late August.

When asked about how many times Jesus, who belongs to a farm in the area, has run away, Johansen answered: “I do not know for sure. Now we may be approaching double digits.”

Fortunately, the August alpaca escape did not happen during rush hour on E6.
