A woman from Eastern Norway won over NOK 436 million in the Eurojackpot on Friday night.

According to Norsk Tipping, this is the fourth-largest prize money in history.

There was a total of NOK 872 million in the first prize pot, and the Norwegian winner had to share the pot with a player from Finland.

The woman wishes to remain anonymous and will receive financial advice from Norsk Tipping. She says that the first thing she wants to do is help people who are close to her.

The prize money is the fourth largest in Norsk Tipping’s history. The top award amounted to NOK 485.1 million in 2020.

Norsk Tipping AS is the national lottery in Norway, located in Hamar.
