A survey carried out by Respons shows that many Norwegians are more supportive of Norwegian agriculture and farmers after the coronavirus hit the country in March.

Four in ten say they have become more positive about Norwegian agriculture and farmers, and seven in ten say it is important for Norway to be as self-sufficient in food as possible.

The survey was conducted in connection with this year’s Young Farmer’s Award, organized by Felleskjøpet Agri, McDonald’s Norway, and Norges Bygdeungdomslag.
