Meteorologists warn of heavy rainfall in several places in Southern Norway this weekend

A “yellow” danger warning for rain has been issued for Sunday in Agder, Vestfold og Telemark, and Buskerud, while a “yellow” warning for strong winds was issued for Rogaland and Hordaland.

On Twitter, meteorologists warned that there is a danger of a rainy Sunday in some places in Southern and Eastern Norway.

“There may be 50-60 mm of rain in 12 hours,” the meteorologists pointed out. 

Strong gusts of wind are expected in Western Norway during the weekend.

“In Rogaland and Hordaland, exposed places could get wind gusts of 27-30 meters per second from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Secure loose objects,” the meteorologists wrote on Twitter.
