PHOTO Car gets stuck in deep water after heavy rainfall in Lørenskog
A large water accumulation that formed as a result of heavy rainfall created problems for three people in a car in Lørenskog on Tuesday night.
The car drove into the deep water on national road 163 at Lørenskog station and got stuck there.
The people in the car did not get out, so they called the emergency services, who were notified of the incident at 8:16 PM.
The fire brigade then helped the three people in the car get out.
Operations manager Eirik Sandnes in the Eastern Police District told news bureau NTB that deep water accumulations were a common problem at the site.
The road was closed on Tuesday night as a result of the incident.
