The revocation of citizenship must still be dealt with by the administration
Matters about depriving people of citizenship are still to be dealt with by the administration and not the court, but the government is proposing to strengthen the rule of law.
The proposal is for complaints about revocation of citizenship to be dealt with by the Immigration Board (Utlendingsnemnda). The person in question should be present to explain their case, and also get free legal assistance.
