TV legend Larry King dies at 87

Legendary TV host Larry King has died at the age of 87. His death was confirmed by the BBC and his production company Ora Media on Twitter.

King was recently discharged from the hospital. He was admitted to an intensive care unit with coronavirus on New Year’s Eve.

King became famous for the program Larry King Live which aired on CNN from 1985 to 2010.

King was in poor health. He underwent surgery after a major heart attack in 1987. He also had diabetes.

  1. Larry King was a great and positive interview journalist, who brought a lot of truth to the surface without making undue waves.

    He was a solid credit to America, his broadcasting profession, and his Jewish American heritage.

    Rest in peace, Larry. We’ll try to live up to your hopes for us.
