Norwegian carried nearly 2.3 million passengers in November this year, down 20 percent from the same month last year. Although at the same time, the company earned more per passenger.

– “I am very pleased that we continue to deliver higher unit revenues, higher fill rates and better punctuality,” says acting CEO and CFO Geir Karlsen from Norwegian.

“The planned capacity reduction will have a positive impact on the figures, in line with the strategy of moving from growth to profitability. Also this month, we have adjusted the route portfolio and capacity for the coming winter season and next summer to ensure that we are well positioned to meet demand,” he continues.
