900 million NOK for innovation in business!

Industry and Fisheries Ministry will distribute 900 million NOK to the business community through the Research Council. The funds will go to innovation projects.
– Research and development could be a key to creating new growth. These funds are intended for businesses in all sectors and industries and we hope to bring in many good applications, says Arvid Hallén, CEO of the Norwegian Research Council.

As announced, 900 million NOK will be available through eight innovation programs. The application deadline is October 12th this year.

– Norway is restructuring and fortunately companies are more eager on innovation. Now there are more opportunities for Research money on innovation projects. I would encourage all businesses with good ideas to apply, said by economics minister Monica Mæland.
