A man in his 30s has been fined NOK 15,000. He told police he had to travel into Sweden to shop for personal reasons, and broke the quarantine rules afterwards.

The man is a resident of Sandefjord, but was apprehended on Saturday by police in the neighboring town of Tønsberg after a tip that he had been shopping in Sweden two days earlier, writes Tønsbergs Blad.
