Coronavirus uncertainty for Telenor in Asia
Telenor had a profit before tax of NOK 2.3 billion in the first quarter of the year. The company alerts Coronavirus uncertainty, especially around revenue in Asia.
This is stated in the quarterly report that the company presented on Tuesday morning.
– The uncertainty associated with Covid-19 has increased, particularly related to the extent of shutdowns in several of our markets. This especially affects revenue from roaming and prepaid subscriptions in Asia, a stock exchange statement said.
