The real estate company Entra is buying Hotel Savoy for NOK 185 million from the Stordalen company Strawberry.

The acquisition is part of the company’s strategic investment in the Tullin area at Karl Johans gate in Oslo, the company stated in a press release.

Entra already has an office and education cluster at Tullin. The hotel is an important part of the ongoing urban development in the area, and Entra envisages further developing Savoy in the next few years, the company added.

The hotel currently has 93 rooms and is run by Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Choice Hotels.

The transaction will be completed on July 14.
