The company Norwegian Property, which is controlled by John Fredriksen, will sell properties in Oslo for a value of over 2.5 billion, according to the newspaper Dagens Næringsliv.
This is according to information released by the company on Tuesday, which the newspaper is referring to.
The transaction includes the properties Verkstedveien 1, Verkstedveien 3 and Drammensveien 134, including a parking garage and outdoor areas.
The purchase price of 2.529 billion is 142 million higher than the last valuation at the end of first quarter 2016, the company said.
