There were 1.57 million guest nights in April 2016 in Norwegian hotels. This is 10 per cent higher compared with April 2015.
Norwegian and foreign guest nights in Norwegian hotels went up respectively 11 and 7 per cent in April 2016. Lodging revenue for Norwegian hotels increased by 11 per cent from NOK 935 million in April 2015 to NOK 1 042 million in April 2016.
The number of guest nights in Norwegian accommodation establishments reached a total of 1.99 million in April 2016. This is an increase of 62 000 guest nights or 3.2 per cent compared with April 2015.
