“House prices in Norway fell in December – as standard for the month. The number of homes sold, on the other hand, is anything but normal. Never before have so many homes been sold in December as in 2021,” CEO Henning Lauridsen of Eiendom Norge stated.

In December, 4,055 homes were sold in Norway, 6.4% more than in the corresponding month in 2020.
