House prices in Norway rose by 1.1% in March

In March, house prices rose by 1.1%, according to Eiendom Norge. Adjusted for seasonal variations, the increase amounted to 1%.

In the last year, house prices in Norway have risen by 6.2%.

“House prices continued to rise sharply in March. So far, in 2022, house prices in Norway have risen by as much as 7.6%. This makes the first quarter of 2022 the strongest in the history of house price statistics,” Henning Lauridsen of Eiendom Norge stated.

The average price for a home in Norway was almost NOK 4.5 million at the end of March.

In February, house prices rose by 1.5%. The increase adjusted for seasonal variations was 0.7% in February.
