In October, the unemployment rate in Sweden amounted to 7.6%
In October, 418,000 Swedes were unemployed, which represents an unemployment rate of 7.6%.
The Swedish statistical agency Statistics Sweden changed its calculation method so the October figures can’t be compared with the corresponding month last year.
Just over 5 million Swedes are currently in the workforce, according to October figures.
