Nordea increases mortgage rates
The bank Nordea is increasing mortgage rates by up to 0.20 percentage points, as a result of big loans.
Nordea has demonstrated that they have recently experienced increased levels of loans in the market, that is the reason why they now have to raise the prices customers pay to borrow money, wrote E24.
Best priced mortgage rates are 2.09 percent, while interest rates on mortgages has increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.that’s not all that gets more expensive in loans.
– The adjustment varies from different mortgages it is not only in interest rates that you get an increase. We believe that we are still competitive on price, says John Sætre, head of banking operations in Nordea Norway.
