Norwegian cancels order to buy a total of 97 aircraft from Boeing, the company said in a stock exchange announcement. At the same time, legal action is notified to the manufacturer.
The cancellation applies to five 787 Dreamliners and 92,737 Max, according to the report.
– Norwegian has also submitted a claim to recover the advance payment related to the aircraft and compensation for the 737 MAX aircraft to be put on the ground and for engine problems on the 787s, the company writes.
