The Farmandstredet shopping center in Tønsberg is changing owners – Petter Stordalen-owned shopping center company Aurora Eiendom bought it from Steen & Strøm.
The purchase price is not publicly known, but according to the newspaper Tønsbergs Blad, it is a billion-level purchase.
The company Aurora Eiendom has recently bought several other shopping centers from Steen & Strøm.
The purchase does not include the part of the center called Passasjen – which continues to be owned by Abel Eiendomsforvaltning.
