According to Husleie.no’s overview, the prices for renting a two-room apartment in Oslo are higher than ever.

“I am concerned about the development both in the short and long term – especially when it comes to students,” general manager Kjetil J. Olsen of Husleie.no told the newspaper DN.

For two-room apartments, the average price in Norway is now NOK 10,597.

Prices are the highest in Oslo, where a two-room apartment costs NOK 13,870 a month, an increase of 7% from July last year.

This is the highest figure ever recorded by Husleie.no for two-room apartments.
