The Storting’s crisis package will first compensate the self-employed for loss of income from day 17.

VG has interviewed hairdressers in Froland municipality in Agder. The hairdressers and a number of other self-employed persons will be without income for more than two weeks. On Friday, March 13, a number of them were forced to close and leave, after the government closed hairdressing salons, cultural events and a number of other workplaces.

From day 17, they will be reimbursed with 80 per cent of the average of the last three years’ income limited up to 600,000 kroner.
