Air traffic at Norwegian airports dropped by 2.7 per cent in November this year compared to the same month last year.
Domestic traffic was down 3.9 per cent and international traffic was down 0.9 per cent.
One important reason for the fall in traffic is reduced seating capacity on Norwegian flights, according to Avinor.
“In addition, there was an extra Saturday in November 2019, compared to last year, which corresponds to about 1.5 percentage points of the decline,” says Avinor communications executive Nora Hoberg Prestaasen.
