Prime Minister, Erna Solberg of Høyre of Høyre (H) acknowledged that the government has not been good enough at selling its policy.

The polls are bleak for the government.

On average measurements, both Kristelig Folkeparti (KrF) and Venstre (V) are below them, Fremskrittsparti (Frp) is about 10% and Høyre at 22% wrote Dagbladet newspaper.

‘’The explanation is that we are not good enough at selling our own policies. We have to roll up our sleeves. We have spent a lot of time getting started as a government, ie as four parties’’ said Solberg.

‘’We have had very many good results, but we do not win votes on telling people what we have done. We win elections by telling them what we will do’’ said Solberg.

Rødt leader, Bjørnar Moxnes, pointed to the bunads rally, the toll rebellion, the uprising against more power exports, the climate demonstrations and the opposition against sending the Abbasi family to Afghanistan. The waves of rebellion came because Norwegians are dissatisfied.

‘’People don’t like what they see’’ he said.
