In Oslo, prices for used OBOS housing remained unchanged in April. Across the country, prices rose by a mild 0.3 percent from March to April.

The figures from OBOS show that the square meter price for OBOS housing in the metropolitan area was 65,186 kroner in April, unchanged since March, but still 4 per cent more than in April last year.

Countrywide, prices went up by 0.3 per cent from March to April. The square meter price was 56,500 kroner in April. This is 2.6 per cent higher than in April last year.

The activity in the housing market has also continued, despite the fact that infection control measures have led to changes in the way housing inspections are carried out. Both digital and individual views have proven to be popular.

432 OBOS homes were sold in Oslo in April this year, compared to 442 in April last year. According to OBOS, most homes are sold at the asking price.
