Statistics Norway: Export price for fresh salmon decreased by 5.9%
In week 11, the export price for fresh salmon amounted to NOK 78.28 per kilo, a decrease of 5.9% from the week before, according to figures from Statistics Norway.
At the same time, the export quantity of fresh salmon in week 11 was 17,326 tonnes – an increase of 3.5% compared with the previous week, when the volume was 16,738 tonnes.
In week 11, 252 tonnes of frozen salmon were also exported, at a price of NOK 68.99 per kilo.
