Statistics Norway: The export price for fresh salmon continues to rise
The export price for fresh salmon has increased by 1.8% in the last week, to NOK 98.43 per kilo.
The export volume has also increased, Statistics Norway (SSB) announced on Wednesday.
In week 24, 15,317 tonnes of fresh salmon were exported, 12.5% more than the week before.
The export price for frozen salmon was NOK 82.1, while the export volume amounted to 335 tonnes.
