Temporarily laid off SAS employees can take up positions in the health sector during the Coronavirus crisis

– “Our employees have relevant training and are well prepared to meet unexpected and challenging situations,” says Torbjørn Wist, Executive Vice President of SAS.

The airline is in the process of registering laid-off employees who are willing to work in the health or care sector, which anticipates an increased need for manpower during the Coronavirus epidemic, SAS said in a press release.
