The electric scooter to be more environmentally friendly
Three suppliers of electric scooters promise to be more sustainable. An independent regulatory body will make sure that they follow their obligations.
Dott, Tier, and Voi will commit to brand new scooters with replaceable batteries which will consist of at least 20 percent recycled materials. In addition they will reduce emissions from the warehouses and vehicles used to maintain and charge the scooter fleet, as stated by the companies during a shared press release.
They promise to take action to prevent scooters from ending up in water and from taking too much space in the streets.
