Tine Wollebekk, CEO of Bank Norwegian, resigns

Tine Wollebekk resigned from her position of CEO at Bank Norwegian to become CEO of Swedish Avida Finans.

Wollebekk, who has been CEO of Bank Norwegian for four years, has a notice period of six months. 

She will remain CEO of the consumer loan bank during the notice period, the board of Norwegian Finans Holding wrote in a stock exchange announcement on Monday morning.

Wollebekk quit Bank Norwegian to become head of the Swedish consumer loan bank Avida Finans, newspapers Dagens Næringsliv and E24 wrote on Monday. She will start working there around January 1, 2022.

At the beginning of May, it became known that the Swedish consumer loan bank Nordax had submitted a bid for Bank Norwegian.
