A total of 31 new cases of corona infection have been registered in Bergen in the last 24 hours – nine more than the day before.
This is the highest number since Friday, April 30, when there were 32 new infection cases.
A total of 25 of those infected are close contacts, while two are cases of imported infections. Two have an unknown route of transmission, and two have an uncertain route of transmission, Bergen Municipality wrote on its website.
A total of 6,171 people have been infected in Bergen since the start of the pandemic in 2020. A total of 2,060 people tested themselves on Monday, May 3.
